Above The Bay Bar & Kitchen Front Of House Team Member - Part time and full time hours available

Key Responsibilities:

• Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness
• Being a team player and understanding the value of teamwork
• Ensuring food is delivered to a high standard
• Taking orders and processing on the till
• Cash handling
• Cleaning and maintaining the standards of the business
• Working as part of team to deliver excellent customer service to our guests
• Supporting the bar team busing drinks to tables
• Doing your best to help protect our environment by keeping it safe and secure

Experience/Skills Required:

• A positive, friendly and energetic person
• A 'can do' attitude
• Barista skills are a bonus, not a must! Full training will be given, so bring your enthusiasm and we’ll teach you the rest.
• Experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given

Seasonal Role, must be available to work weekends, holidays and some evenings. Contracted until 2nd November 2026.
