The role
We’re now looking for a motivated & driven Account Handler based from our Hastings office (with hybrid working options once settled into the role), to join Chris Knott- who are part of the Jensten Group. Working in our Customer Service team (Personal Lines insurance), the main aim of the role is to work with our existing customers, providing excellent customer service and retaining their business, contacting them at the relevant time and making any adjustments to their policies throughout the year as necessary. You’ll also maximise opportunities with existing customers- as well as following up on new business leads & referrals. About you
As one of our Account Handlers, you’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional. There will be a requirement to work every other Saturday- but only half a day from 9am- 12pm, and you have the option of getting the time back during the week- or being paid time & a half.
