About the role

When an aircraft is grounded, every minute counts. As an AOG Officer, you'll play a vital role in providing rapid support to airlines, operators, and customers worldwide. • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders and shipping documentation accurately.
  • Source aircraft components and services, negotiating lead times and costs where appropriate.
  • Pick, pack and dispatch parts for domestic and international shipments.
  • Coordinate couriers and expedite deliveries to meet critical aircraft return-to-service deadlines.
  • Receive, inspect and store incoming parts, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and system records.
  • Work closely with Sales, Stores & Logistics, Quality and Operations teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Support continuous improvement activities, helping to enhance processes, tools and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with export control, customs, quality and health & safety requirement

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, warehousing or aviation is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using Quantum or a similar ERP system would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of shipping or export documentation is desirable.
  • FLT licence and Dangerous Goods certification would be beneficial but are not essential

In return we offer

  • Discretionary Bonus Scheme
  • Volunteering Leave
  • Life Assurance
  • Pension Scheme
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Healthcare Scheme
  • 28 days of annual with an option to buy or sell an additional 5 days per year
  • Electric Vehicle Leasing Scheme
  • Multi-gym pass discount
  • Grandternity Leave
