Role Purpose

The Buying Admin Assistant will assist the buying team in the smooth running of the department. They will have exceptional organisational and administrative skills, eat spreadsheets for breakfast, and love working for a sustainable brand with kindness and creativity at its heart.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of all product samples
  • Ordering and tracking photo shoot samples
  • Ensuring CP is updated with any amendments to approval dates
  • Sending comments on and storing bulk fabrics
  • Data entry in Shopify / Excel/ PEX with meticulous attention to detail
  • Competitor shopping - to carry out regular competitor analysis, keeping on top of current trends
  • PO management- raising and amending

  • Creating SKU’s within in the CP and adding PO’s numbers
  • Checking website listings before launch
  • Working alongside merchandising, design, garment tech, digital and finance teams
