Head Housekeeper - Eastridge Manor

We currently operate 9 homes across East and West Sussex. We have 470 beds. Each registered home offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours – day and night, for long and short-term stays.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Housekeeper at Eastridge Manor our dementia and Nursing home in Bolney, Nr Haywards Heath.

Hours - 35 per week - 7am-2pm or 8am - 3pm Monday to Friday, with some weekend cover when needed

More about the role:

• Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising all cleaning in the home according to company policies.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Carry out audits to ensure standards are maintained.
• Supervise and support domestic team.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all residents, family, visitors and colleagues.

More about you:

• Health and Hygiene Certificate, NVQ in Housekeeping/cleaning – desirable.
• Supervisory skills or experience
• Experience and knowledge of COSHH
• Previous housekeeping experience is essential
• Have pride in your work and aim to provide a safe and well-maintained home for our residents.
