Catsfield is a thriving over-subscribed Church of England voluntary controlled school with 105 pupils on roll. We are looking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to lead Catsfield to fulfil its potential to be an exceptional small school.

    • Work proactively with stakeholders, promote the school's strengths, actively celebrate children's successes with the community and work at building bridges with all parents

    • Have demonstrable experience in leading exceptional teaching, curriculum design and inclusive practices
