As the position is part-time/term-time only, the above salary will be pro rata.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced classroom support assistant to join our staff team as an Individual Needs Assistant (INA). This is a fixed term post to support the care and education of a named pupil with individual needs in the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Applications are welcomed from those with recent experience of managing individual needs within a classroom environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to provide consistent, calm support and encouragement whilst maintaining clear behavioural boundaries.

The working pattern will be five mornings each week from 8.40 a.m. to midday, term time only. There may also be the possibility of additional hours on a claims basis.
