We are seeking an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to work across KS1/KS2 joining our dedicated team at Pevensey & Westham CE Primary School. The successful candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working in a Primary School setting.
  • Experience in supporting children with additional needs.
  • Knowledge and experience of autism preferred
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach and the initiative to contribute effectively.
  • Resilience, energy, and a commitment to engaging both pupils and their parents.

If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2018 Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from Ofsted.
