Wandle Learning Trust are looking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant to work 30 hours per week, term time only at Grovelands Community Primary School to start September 2026. We are looking to recruit an energetic, patient and caring individual who has a passion for working with and supporting pupils with special educational needs.
Grovelands Community Primary School is looking to recruit an Individual Needs Assistant (25 hours per week) with Midday Supervisory Assistant duties (5 hours per week) to join our High Needs Facility for Autism.
The successful candidate should be prepared to work hard, be a positive and productive member of the staff team and respond positively to the challenges of day-to-day school life. We expect the most from our pupils so a candidate that has high expectations; has evidence of quality practice; will make learning fun and has a genuine belief that all children have the potential for success would be ideally suited to this post.
