International Wholesale Manager

We're looking for someone to join our office in Brighton as International Wholesale Manager

Reporting to: Head of Product

A bit about the role:

We've built an amazing community through our direct-to-consumer business, and now we're ready to take Lucy & Yak to more people around the world through wholesale.

The exciting bit? Wholesale is brand new for us.

We're looking for someone to help build our international wholesale channel from the ground up. You'll shape the strategy, identify the right markets and partners, and bring Lucy & Yak to new customers in a way that feels authentic to who we are.

This is a role for someone who loves building things, enjoys making connections, and gets excited by turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.

What you'll be doing:

Growing our international wholesale business

• Develop and deliver Lucy & Yak's international wholesale strategy.

• Identify new markets and opportunities for growth.

• Build relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners who share our values.

• Secure and onboard new wholesale accounts.

Building great partnerships

• Be the main point of contact for our wholesale partners.

• Present seasonal collections and support customers throughout the buying journey.

• Work closely with partners to help them succeed and grow with us.

Creating the foundations

• Help build the processes, reporting, and ways of working needed for a successful wholesale business.

• Work closely with our Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure wholesale is set up for long-term success.

• Share insights from customers and markets to help shape future decisions.

Driving performance

• Own wholesale sales targets and forecasts.

• Keep an eye on market trends and competitor activity.

• Regularly review performance and identify opportunities for growth.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in international wholesale, partnerships, or business development within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.

• A track record of opening new accounts, markets, or territories.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Commercial confidence backed up by good analytical thinking.

• The ability to work independently and thrive in a growing, evolving business.

• A passion for building meaningful partnerships and helping brands grow internationally.

• You have experience in working with Joor.
