Recently refurbished in July 2024, our nursery offers bright, spacious rooms in a warm and nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive.

What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining Famly and account records using the nursery management system, Connect (training will be provided).
- Reviewing the monthly Suggested Fee Report.
- Resolving account queries, including administering childcare vouchers, collecting fees, and pursuing outstanding payments.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential staff, child, and parent records.
- Sending reports to Head Office.
- Preparing banking records and the monthly payroll spreadsheet.
- Liaising with the Nursery Manager and Head Office regarding general employee administration.
- Raising authorised invoices for payment and processing authorised refunds.
- Maintaining petty cash records.
- Welcoming parents, children, and visitors.
- Communicating professionally and effectively in person, in writing, and over the telephone.
- Carrying out general office duties.
