FSN are looking for an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead our team and continue delivering outstanding care and education.
As manager you will oversee the daily operations of the nursery ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements, lead, manage, and support staff development and performance. Maintaining a safe, secure, and stimulating environment, building strong relationships with parents/carers and the local community. You will manage budgets, occupancy levels, and resources effectively and drive continuous improvement and high-quality practice.
You will need a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred), hold previous experience in a leadership or management role within a nursery setting and have strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
You should be passionate for delivering high-quality childcare and early education and have the ability to motivate and inspire a team!
