Join our Connect to Work team as a Partnerships & Quality Manager, where you’ll coordinate delivery, uphold quality standards and support delivery partners so that they provide effective, high-quality services that help people into sustainable employment.

Two positions are available: one full-time (37 hours) and one part-time (22.5 hours, or similar by agreement). For the part-time role, working days and hours can be agreed with the successful candidate.

As Partnerships & Quality Manager, you’ll have a direct impact on residents’ lives, working with partners to ensure high-quality support that helps people overcome barriers, build confidence and move into sustainable, independent employment. As a Partnership & Quality Manager, you will:

    • Work closely with internal teams to manage referrals and participant flow, ensuring delivery capacity is understood and maximised across the programme.
    • Monitor performance data, oversee quality assurance processes, and ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and effective programme governance.
