Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR) is an integrated countywide domiciliary service delivered by Adult Social Care (ASC) and East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust (ESHT). We have recently been Highly Commended at the Great British Care Awards.
The role of a physiotherapist in JCR is to collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support people within their homes. You will assess the persons current function/needs and create and implement a tailored treatment plan to enable people to regain independence and continue to live safely at home.
This is a really rewarding role allowing you to see first hand the positive impact your role is having in getting people back to being independent and remaining at home.
We are looking for candidates who:
Has BSc in Physiotherapy/post grad MSc Physiotherapy with a HCPC registration
