Receptionist

Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist East Preston

You’ll be joining us at our Sea Road practice in Littlehampton, BN16 1NP. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk.

The working pattern for this role is 26 hour per week, working the following:

Monday 8:15-17:15

Tuesday 8:15-17:15

Thursday 8:15 - 13:15

Friday 8:15- 13:15

What you'll be doing

• Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
• Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
• Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
• Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant

• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
