Oakwood Primary Academy is looking to recruit a committed Receptionist and Administrative Assistant on a fixed term, term-time only basis to support our school community.

This is a varied and rewarding role. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils, providing a warm and professional welcome while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

    • you have experience working in an administrative or reception role, ideally within a school or similar environment
    • you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
    • you are highly organised, with strong attention to details and the ability to manage competing priorities
    • you are proactive, flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • you are committed to supporting the safeguarding, wellbeing and success of all pupils
