We are seeking a highly experienced and confident Recovery Coordinator to join our Outreach Team. This is a specialist, autonomous role requiring a strong background in drug and alcohol services, extensive case management experience, and the ability to work independently with individuals who have complex and entrenched substance use needs.
You will work assertively with people who are rough sleeping, at risk of homelessness, or living in hostels, many of whom may be disengaged from services. This role is not entry-level and is best suited to candidates who can demonstrate proven expertise in substance misuse treatment pathways, harm reduction, and assertive outreach engagement.
This role includes a requirement to work unsociable hours in line with service needs. Our service operates flexibly to support clients, including late openings during the week and a Saturday morning provision. You will be expected to take part in a rota alongside other Recovery Coordinators to support these hours, and to undertake other duties as required to meet the needs of the service or service users.

Full Time Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
*Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
