You’ll be the engine behind our talent pipeline, the guardian of CQC‑ready documentation, and the creative spark behind standout recruitment campaigns.

At the heart of our three-branch awarding winning care company, you’ll work in a team who drive the full recruitment and onboarding cycle, making sure every new CareAngel and office colleague has a seamless, compliant, and engaging start.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator include:

    • Candidate sourcing, selection and pre screening

    • End‑to‑end recruitment across three branches

    • Collaboration with managers to deliver targeted, high‑impact hiring

    • Social media visibility, community outreach, and employer brand growth

    • Onboarding excellence: every document, every check, every detail

    • Support the team to improve retention, engagement, and recruitment processes

    • Collaborate with our Recruitment Administrator to deliver consistent quality
