Description

We're looking for some seasonal team to support in making our resort gardens look perfect for summer!

If you’ve worked in a holiday park, hotel, residential village, or any busy multi‑unit environment before, you’ll know exactly how rewarding (and wonderfully unpredictable) this kind of work can be.

No two days look the same here. You'll be working out in the fresh air tending gardens, clearing gutters, or getting the grounds guest‑ready whatever the weather.

These roles suit people who love variety, take pride in their craft, and bring a confident, can‑do attitude built on real hands‑on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Grounds keeping including basic gardening, cleaning gutters and changeable weather preparation
• Ensure all tasks are carried out ensuring H&S requirements are meet, including but not limited to use of PPE, ensuring machinery is handled appropriately and manual handing requirements are adhered to
• Risk assessments are reviewed and adhered to
• Regular safety inspections are carried out
• Support incident response when required.
• Work in a professional and guest-focused manner when operating in public areas.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience in gardening or grounds work would be advantageous, but we will support you in building the skills you need for this role.
