Senior Business Analyst

Can you lead and manage a team of business analysts to design efficient processes and build changes directly into systems? If so, join us!

We are recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to join the Shared Care Information Systems (SCIS) Team, which delivers system developments for Adult Social Care and Children’s Services.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead developments to the SystemC Liquidlogic portals and case management systems through design and build. Implementing changes by providing continual system improvements ensuring compliance with local and national requirements.

You will be part of a team of Senior Business Analysts, each leading on a particular system/service area. You will work flexibly to cover for each other when needed, with occasional weekend working to support system upgrades.

You will line manage a small team of Business Analysts motivating and coaching them whilst overseeing compliance with business analysis standards and techniques.

We are looking for a person who:

• Works collaboratively, supporting and mentoring colleagues where required
• Enjoys finding simple, efficient solutions to simplify complex issues
• Has a sharp analytical mind, with an attention to detail and accuracy
• Uses initiative to identify and deliver service improvements
