We are seeking a reliable, proactive and enthusiastic Site Officer to join our Site Team. Working closely with the Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school provides a safe, secure, clean and welcoming environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the school site, carrying out a wide range of maintenance, repair and caretaking duties. This includes helping to maintain the security of the premises through opening and locking the school, responding to alarm callouts when required, undertaking routine maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the buildings and grounds are kept to a high standard. You will use a range of practical skills, including painting, basic carpentry, plumbing and decorating, while supporting the implementation of health and safety procedures and risk assessments across the site.
You will also help ensure that essential supplies are maintained, assist with the receipt of deliveries, and work flexibly to support school events, examinations, out of hours school events, and holiday closures. The role requires someone who takes pride in their work, can work both independently and as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining an environment where learning can flourish.
