£15–£16/hr

Days: 8am-9pm (Full UK driving Licence required) - 39 hours remaining

We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our team supporting a vibrant young man in his early 30s with cerebral palsy. He’s full of energy, creativity, and a zest for life!

Meet Our Client:

• Social Connector: Keeps friends close via Facebook and social media

• Creative Genius: Runs his own Film Maker page, loves photography, arts & crafts, and model making

• Tech & Gaming Wiz: Enjoys computer games with friends and tinkering with his 3D printer

• Live Action Fan: Loves concerts, shows, and community adventures

• Outdoor Explorer: Fishing enthusiast

About the Role:

• Supporting adventures, outings & fun community activities

• Delivering person centred 2:1 support

• Medication administration

• Moving & handling

• Gastrostomy & personal care

• General admin & household tasks

About You:

• A full UK driving licence (essential for day shifts - 21+ for insurance purposes)

• Previous care experience essential

• Reliability, flexibility, and a friendly, upbeat attitude

• A passion for making a real difference
