About the Role

As Supported Living Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of a highly personalised supported living service in Worthing.

You will lead and develop a dedicated team, ensuring support is delivered in a way that promotes independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

The individual we support is:

    • Warm, affectionate, and enjoys building meaningful relationships
    • Autistic and lives with a learning disability and mental health conditions
    • Requires support with complex health needs, including epilepsy
    • They love outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining, and your support will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.

Your role will be to ensure the service continues to provide consistent, trauma-informed, and person-centred support that enables them to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

About You

You will be an experienced and compassionate leader with:

    • Previous management experience in supported living, residential care, or community services (complex needs)
    • Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex health conditions, including epilepsy
    • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
    • Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams
    • Excellent communication and organisational skills
    • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care

Working Pattern

    • 40 hours per week
    • Monday to Friday
    • Participation in on-call rota
    • Flexible working arrangements considered
