Fletching Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated Full time Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team, starting in September 2026

The hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday

The ideal candidate will:

    • Be passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.
    • Ideally have experience working as a teaching assistant with primary-aged children, ideally across a range of year groups.
    • Be confident in delivering small-group and 1:1 interventions in areas such as reading, writing, and maths.
    • Work closely with class teachers and the Inclusion Lead to plan, deliver, and review high-quality support.
    • Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and strong communication skills.
