ABOUT YOUR CLIENT

Your client is a warm, independent gentleman who lives in a spacious, light-filled home just a stone’s throw from the sea. He’s wonderful company — kind, sociable, and someone who loves the finer things in life.

After a short spell in hospital he’s rebuilding his confidence, so this role is as much about companionship, trips out and encouragement as it is about care. Care needs are non-complex: very light personal care and some medication support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

    • Provide warm companionship and great conversation, day to day

    • Very light personal care, delivered with dignity

    • Straightforward medication support (non-complex)

    • Trips out and gentle encouragement following his hospital stay

    • Help him stay safe, settled and independent at home

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

    • £132 per day, plus accrued holiday pay (12.07%)

    • Employee wellbeing portal — dedicated support whenever you need it

    • Blue Light Card — discounts on the brands and days out you love

    • Fully paid training to develop your skills and reinforce key knowledge

    • 24/7 on-call system and ongoing support from the office team

    • Collected from Chichester train station, driven to your client and given a comprehensive handover

    • Up to £50 return travel expenses

    • Weekly support visits

    • Minimum two-hour break each day

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • Live-in care experience is essential

    • Fluent in English and aged 18 or over

    • A caring, reliable and proactive approach

    • A current DBS on the update service means an immediate start — if you don’t have one, we’ll process a new DBS for you
