Chiddingly Primary School is a small, thriving, friendly, village school, with a dedicated and enthusiastic staff and happy children. We have mixed-age classes for KS1 and KS2 with Reception on its own.

The Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding, self-motivated and creative Individual Needs Assistant. Are you enthusiastic, motivated and friendly ideally with experience working in schools? Do you have a real love of children and a desire to provide outstanding learning?

The successful candidate would have had training and/or experience in working with children with a variety of SEN and programmes including Sensory Circuits, Emotional Regulation, Speech and Language and OT. They must be flexible, a good manager of time, able to keep good records and make keen observations in order to support next steps of learning. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with pupils, staff and visiting professionals. You will also be working alongside the Inclusion Manager to provide specialist interventions for children who are on the SEND register and pupil/s with an EHCP.
