    • Is committed to inclusive practice and maintaining high expectations for all learners
    • Will support pupils to access learning through adaptive approaches and appropriate scaffolding
    • Will work effectively with class teachers, the SENDCo and wider staff to deliver high-quality support
    • Will provide targeted interventions and, where required, planned 1:1 support for pupils with EHCPs or identified additional needs
    • Will implement strategies and interventions recommended by teachers, the SENDCo and external professionals
    • Will promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and social development
    • Will build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
    • Will contribute to the monitoring and recording of pupil progress, engagement and wellbeing
    • Will contribute positively to the wider ethos and life of the school as part of a collaborative team

We can offer:

    • An inclusive, nurturing and ambitious primary school at the heart of the Mulberry Schools Trust
    • A strong commitment to inclusion, equity and high aspirations for every child
    • A dedicated, skilled and supportive staff team committed to improving outcomes for pupils
    • High-quality support, guidance and ongoing professional development
    • Opportunities to develop expertise in SEND, intervention delivery and inclusive practice
    • A culture that values teamwork, reflection and continuous improvement
    • Strong partnerships with families, governors and the wider Trust community
    • A commitment to staff wellbeing and manageable workload expectations
    • The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and families
